At Kismet, service is about how people feel when they spend time with us. We’re a small, hospitality-led bistro, and our front-of-house team shapes the atmosphere of the room. We’re looking for someone who feels at home in that role.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has prior experience in service (restaurant or bar)

• Is warm, open, and enjoys engaging with people

• Feels confident starting conversations and reading the room

• Understands that good hospitality is about presence, care, and timing

• Works well in a small team and values a calm, welcoming atmosphere

• Speaks fluent German; English skills are a plus, as many of our guests are English-speaking

Because we’re a small space, how guests feel here really matters. Our FOH team represents Kismet during service, and we’re looking for someone whose approach to hospitality aligns naturally with our values.
