The Bistro is where we host you—the setting where we express our vision of gracious hospitality and culinary excellence. The setting is simple but intentional, designed to welcome and foster connection.

Our small plates menu, created by chef Dylan Choong, is a modern homage to the flavours of India. The dishes are delicate and inspired, and feel both familiar and new. They highlight seasonal produce and the efforts of regional producers, and favour organic produce.

At the bar, a concise list of drinks — regional wines, a selection of vermouths, and signature versions of our favourite classics — complements the food and the pace of the evening.

Every detail, from the lighting to the rhythm of service, is part of how we welcome you. Join us for a meal, a glass of wine, or simply a moment to experience our way of hospitality.

Our Sunday Brunch brings together familiar flavours and our signature creativity with flavours and ingredients. The menu changes with the season and fetures dishes made to be shared. Join us from 11:30 on Sundays for a moment to slow down, gather, and begin the week well.
